This Refund and Return Policy governs the terms and conditions under which customers of Spark Vision may exercise their right of withdrawal from a contract, return purchased products, request repair or replacement, and obtain a refund of paid amounts.
This Policy is prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and the applicable European Union legislation.
Right of Withdrawal (14-day period)
Pursuant to Article 50 of the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without stating any reason.
The withdrawal period begins to run from:
- the date on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer receives the product.

Conditions for Returning Products
The returned product must meet the following conditions:
- it must be in its original packaging (where applicable);
- it must not have been used in a way that impairs its commercial appearance;
- it must show no signs of improper use, mechanical damage, or missing parts;
- it must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
The cost of returning the product shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will refund the paid amount within 14 days, reserving the right to withhold the refund until the product has been received back.
The refund will be made using:
- the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
The cost of the initial delivery is non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
Complaints, Repair, and Replacement
In the event of non-conformity of the product with the sales contract, the customer has the right to submit a complaint within 2 years from the date of delivery of the product.
The customer may choose between:
- free repair;
- replacement of the product;
- price reduction;
- refund of the paid amount (under certain conditions).

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- products made to the customer’s individual specifications;
- sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons;
- digital content that has begun to be used with the customer’s explicit consent;
- services that have been fully performed.
